My wife and I purchased a rental home in Stockton last Fall. The home was beautiful, but it needed quite a bit of work. Neither one of us knew any Contractors in Stockton , so I decided to check the Better Business Bureau website, and after looking at the ratings and available services of quite a few Contractors, I called Darin Brazil Construction, who had the highest rating possible on the Better Business Bureau website.
I met Darin Brazil at the home and was immediately impressed because he unraveled one of the mysteries of the home; why the windows on the east side of the house were different from the windows on the rest of the home. Once he figured that out, I knew we had our Contractor because he was obviously knowledgeable and analytical.
Darin and I went through the home and made a list of things to be repaired or replaced. In short order I received a very realistic quote from him and we decided to move forward with the repairs. Darin and his crew completed all of the work we requested in a very reasonable amount of time and the work was of very high quality. Most importantly, unlike the experience many of my friends and family members had with Contractors, Darin was able to finish the job in an acceptable time frame. This was important to us, because with a rental property you lose money every day it sits empty.
